Rick Pearl will review current and upcoming legal and regulatory issues that affect all ESOP stakeholders. He’ll discuss recent court decisions, including decisions related to arbitration, and will detail concerns the Internal Revenue Service has about ESOPs as well as the Department of Labor’s anticipated regulation on a permissible ESOP stock transaction.
