Build-to-Suit Leases

Real estate partner Michael Rothpletz co-presented a webinar titled, “Build-to-Suit Leases” on June 17. The webinar, presented in conjunction with the American College of Real Estate Lawyers,  looked at various topics related to build-to-suit transactions, including issues facing tenants and landlords, the stages of a build-to-suit transaction, and the roles of different parties and teams, including contractors, the architect, and consultants.
