Florham Park partner Andrew Joseph will be speaking at an upcoming ALI CLE on Monday, December 16 from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Eastern.  Andrew’s presentation is titled “New Rules for Third Party Subpoenas: Navigating the Changes to FRCP Rule 45” and will discuss the new amendments to Rule 45 that took effect on December 1.
