National Coordinating Counsel: Key to Virtual Mass Tort Team
National coordinating counsel is the leader of the virtual law team. During complex litigation, national coordinating counsel defines the roles of the virtual law team, develops litigation-wide strategy, and oversees the execution of that strategy by team members across the litigation.
