Mallory represents buyers, sellers and management in M&A transactions of varying size and complexity across multiple industries, including chemicals, manufacturing, medical device, oil and gas, alcoholic beverages and food and agriculture. Mallory supports companies in preparing and executing internal tax reorganizations and advises on joint ventures and restructurings.
