Austin Lommen

Prior Experience

During law school, Austin worked as a corporate legal extern at a public company based in Minnesota, where he assisted with securities law compliance and general corporate governance matters. He also worked as summer associate at an AmLaw 100 law firm in Boston, and he gained experience at the Securities and Exchange Commission as an SEC scholars intern in the Division of Enforcement in Washington, D.C.

Prior to law school, Austin spent five years in investment banking at Piper Sandler, where he created financial models, wrote investment memorandums, and managed due diligence in mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Austin enjoys playing golf, running, camping in the BWCA and spending time outdoors.
