Faegre Drinker Advises Regis Corporation in Acquisition of Alline Salon Group

A Faegre Drinker team led by corporate partner Kassendra Galindo served as legal counsel to Regis Corporation in its acquisition of its largest franchisee Alline Salon Group (ASG).

Regis Corporation, a leader in the haircare industry, has franchised or owned 4,359 locations. The transaction valued at $22 million of initial consideration, with the ability for ASG to earn an additional $3 million through earn out payments over the next three years.
