Yusuf H. Qureshi

Associate

Overview

Yusuf Qureshi represents businesses large and small in litigation. He advises clients across a range of industries throughout all phases of litigation. He offers guidance through written and oral advocacy, discovery, motions and trial preparation.

Prior Experience

Before law school, Yusuf was an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). As a former auditor at a “big four” accounting firm, Yusuf is equipped with deep business insights and employs a strategic approach to addressing a wide range of complex issues. Additionally, Yusuf worked at a boutique tax accounting firm preparing federal and state tax returns.

In law school, Yusuf was a judicial extern to the Hon. James P. Hanlon of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana and, prior to that, to the Hon. Justice Loretta H. Rush for the Indiana Supreme Court. In these roles, he analyzed and drafted legal opinions and memorandums — topics included social security disabilities appeals, Title VII summary judgment and criminal transfer petitions — and observed several courtroom proceedings, familiarizing him with pre-trial motions, jury selection and trial procedure.

Yusuf worked as a summer associate for the firm in 2022 and 2023.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Yusuf enjoys international travel, Pacer’s basketball and exploring new restaurants.
