City of Fort Wayne Negotiates Public-Private Partnership to Construct New Minor League Ballpark

The City of Fort Wayne negotiated a public-private partnership with a minor league baseball franchise that provided for the construction of a new minor league ballpark. Our firm advised the city through the negotiations for the partnership, represented the city in collateral agreements with a private developer for the construction of an adjacent Marriott hotel, and served as bond counsel for the public financing of an adjacent parking garage.
