Indian Tribe Obtains Financing to Improve Gaming, Hospitality Facilities

An Indian tribe obtained a large senior secured credit facility to finance improvements to several gaming and hospitality facilities. Our firm represented the tribe in the deal. The credit facility included both taxable loans and loans structured as tax-exempt Tribal Economic Development Bonds, or TED Bonds.
