The patents are in the areas of on-highway and off-highway diesel and natural gas powered engines, power generation systems, turbocharger technologies, emission controls, engine control modules, fuel systems and all electric and hybrid powertrain systems and components.
In addition to the patent preparation and prosecution work, our firm provides litigation avoidance counseling (including non-infringement and invalidity advice and opinions) and strategic Intellectual Property and patent advice to help focus the client’s valuable resources including, searching for existing patents of competitors, determining the scope of a patent application, and determining the most valuable inventions to target for patent applications.
