Craig-Hallum Capital Group, acting as the sole managing underwriter, completed a $17.25 million public offering of common stock for Aehr Test Systems, a worldwide provider of test systems for burning-in and testing logic, optical and memory integrated circuits.The offering closed on April 20, 2017.
