City of Fort Wayne Renovates Columbia Street Landing

The City of Fort Wayne entered into a public-private partnership to renovate the Columbia Street Landing area in downtown Fort Wayne. Our firm represented the city in the adaptive reuse project, which required the use and coordination of local grants, tax abatements, federal and state tax credits, and the contribution of local public improvements.
