City of Fort Wayne Negotiates Public-Private Agreement to Construct Boutique Hotel

The City of Fort Wayne negotiated a public-private agreement leading to the construction of a new boutique hotel in downtown Fort Wayne. Our firm advised the city in the matter. The hotel financing included the coordination of state and local grants, state tax credits and municipal revenue bonds.
