Leading Senior Living Provider Completes Refinancing of Senior Living Portfolio

A leading senior living provider completed the refinancing of three senior living facilities located in Kentucky and Ohio. Our firm represented the senior living provider in the refinancing. These facilities were acquired by a joint venture in 2018, and our firm worked on the initial acquisition and financing at that time. The 2018 acquisition financing from a specialty bank was refinanced by a leading commercial bank’s senior living group.
