Outdoor Living Supply, a nationwide network of independent distributors focusing on the hardscape contractor, acquired Parker Hardscape Supply, Inc., a Nevada corporation engaged in the business of providing materials required for installing landscape and hardscaping construction projects, including patios, sidewalks, walls, pool decks, steps and fire features. Faegre Drinker represented Outdoor Living Supply in the transaction.
