Jasmin Amira Osman

Overview

Jasmin Osman advises public and private companies on business-critical transactions, in addition to keeping clients up-to-date with the latest regulations. As a corporate attorney, Jasmin represents both domestic and international buyers and sellers in M&A and related strategic transactions across a variety of industries. In her practice, she leads due diligence efforts and works collaboratively with clients to prepare definitive deal documents and agreements.

Jasmin also regularly assists public companies in understanding and complying with legal and regulatory requirements, including routine reporting and other interactions with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. She partners with clients to help them navigate their annual meeting processes, including assisting with proxy statement preparation and stakeholder engagement practices.

Further, Jasmin assists international and domestic companies with their U.S general corporate governance matters.

Prior Experience

During law school, Jasmin served as an extern in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Jasmin enjoys cooking and traveling in her free time.
