Outdoor Living Supply, a nationwide network of independent distributors focusing on the hardscape contractor, acquired Woodward Landscape Supply, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation in the business of providing materials required for installing landscape and hardscaping construction projects, including patios, sidewalks, walls, pool decks, steps, and fire features. Faegre Drinker represented Outdoor Living Supply in the transaction.
