Outdoor Living Supply Acquires Bedrock Landscape Supply

Outdoor Living Supply distributes outdoor products with a focus on the hardscapes contractor. Faegre Drinker represented Outdoor Living Supply in its acquisition of Bedrock Landscape Supply, an independent distributor of natural stone, pavers, bulk materials, and landscape supplies to the Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada markets. The acquisition continues the westward expansion of Outdoor Living Supply’s network, giving the company a foothold in the fast-growing southern Nevada region.
