Outdoor Living Supply Acquires LandCare Associates, Inc.

Outdoor Living Supply distributes outdoor products with a focus on the hardscapes contractor. Faegre Drinker represented Outdoor Living Supply in its acquisition of LandCare Associates, Inc., an independent distributor of natural stone, hardscapes, landscape supplies and bulk materials in northern New England. The acquisition helps strengthen Outdoor Living Supply's footprint in this key market.
