Outdoor Living Supply Acquires Tahoe Sand & Gravel

Outdoor Living Supply distributes outdoor products with a focus on the hardscapes contractor. Faegre Drinker represented Outdoor Living Supply in its acquisition of Tahoe Sand & Gravel, an independent distributor of bulk materials, hardscapes and masonry supplies to the Lake Tahoe basin and surrounding area. The acquisition further strengthens Outdoor Living Supply's presence in the greater Lake Tahoe market.
