Outdoor Living Supply Acquires The Rock Garden

Outdoor Living Supply distributes outdoor products with a focus on the hardscapes contractor. Faegre Drinker represented Outdoor Living Supply in its acquisition of The Rock Garden, an independent distributor of natural stone, hardscapes and architectural elements. The acquisition expands Outdoor Living Supply’s footprint into California and strengthens its regional presence in the Lake Tahoe markets.
