Pay equity laws continue to expand at state and local levels. Join Lynne Anderson, Lindsey Hogan, Taylor Lindauer, and Brooke Razor as they discuss new developments and how to manage through the demands of increased transparency and reporting obligations for employers, both in terms of compliance and compensation policy. We will also address the impact of President Trump’s new executive orders, and what they mean for the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and pay data. The trend of expanding pay transparency continues around the globe. We will provide practical tips on how to plan now for compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, which imposes obligations starting in 2027 based on 2026 pay data. We will also review new obligations in the UK.
