Overview

Tiffany Reeves is a trusted adviser to institutional investor clients in domestic and international private investments. She advises public pension fund clients on fiduciary, governance, legislative and general fund administration matters. Reeves has significant experience advising institutional asset owners on best practices. She regularly advises clients on private equity fund due diligence, U.S. Regulatory developments, custody and securities lending matters, secondary transactions, ESG and corporate governance.

Prior Experience

Tiffany has served as the chief legal officer and deputy executive director for a $12 billion defined benefit public employee retirement fund. While serving as the fund’s chief legal officer, she was responsible for a variety of investment matters including negotiation and review of private equity, private real estate and public market investments. Tiffany has experience working with labor union clients in collective bargaining and arbitration. Tiffany has also represented individuals and classes in several employment-related matters arising under the FLSA, FMLA, IHRA, ADA and Title VII.

Personal Interests

Tiffany is passionate about health and wellness, and enjoys any fitness-related challenge, including running, hiking, cycling, HIIT bootcamps, barre and equestrian sports.
