A private real estate investor issued a $118 million portfolio loan to 19 borrowers. The portfolio loan was composed of an $18 million mezzanine loan and a $90 million mortgage loan encumbering multifamily properties in Illinois and Missouri. Our firm advised the investor on the transaction.
