Zimmer Biomet Completes $750M Senior Notes Offering

Zimmer Biomet completed a public offering of $450 million principal amount of floating rate senior notes and $300 million principal amount of fixed rate senior notes in March 2018. Our firm represented Zimmer Biomet as issuer’s counsel in the offering and sale of the senior notes.
