Faegre Drinker counsels managed care, health insurance and health services clients on corporate, transactional, regulatory and compliance, and litigation matters. Our team — among the most respected in the nation — comprises attorneys and policy professionals, several of whom have advanced degrees in health administration, health law and public policy. We serve as lead regulatory and transactional counsel for local, regional and national health plans in significant M&A, litigation, administrative proceedings and related matters.
