Flaherty & Collins Develops Former Market Square Arena Site

Our real estate team represented a Flaherty & Collins entity in the development of a 27-story apartment complex. The mixed-use development, 360 Market Square, includes a 40,000-square-foot Whole Foods on the ground floor of the complex and is located on the former Market Square Arena site in downtown Indianapolis. Our firm worked with the City of Indianapolis to procure incentives for the project and also advised on financing for the deal.
