Baker & Daniels Partner to Speak at Patent Law Institute

R. Trevor Carter, a partner at Baker & Daniels LLP, will present "The Changing Landscape of Obviousness in the Wake of KSR" at the second annual Patent Law Institute on January 14-15 in New York City.

Carter leads the firm's intellectual property litigation group and has litigated patent cases on medical devices, software, Internet technology, consumer electronics and mechanical devices in federal courts throughout the United States. He was a faculty member at last year's institute and has written and presented a wide variety of information in the patent law field. His presentation this year will address the litigation track of the conference.

This year's institute will discuss the impact of recent developments in the intellectual property field, addressing how these developments affect patent litigators, patent prosecutors and patent transactional lawyers. For more information or to register for the institute, click here.
