Our Dallas office opened in February 2017 in one of the most vibrant and fastest-growing cities in the country. Our Dallas office houses exceptionally strong abilities in health care, life sciences, corporate, M&A and technology transactions, with our knowledgeable health care team providing counseling related to transactions, mergers and acquisitions, strategic affiliations, and contractual arrangements for clients ranging from some of the largest group purchasing organizations to health care start-ups.
We also offer robust capabilities related to commodity markets, with a focus on energy, metals, agriculture, sustainable carbon, digital and other commodities; and we help manage investment strategies, energy projects and renewable energy projects; oversee financial transactions; facilitate compliance with commodity trading regulations; and provide well-rounded solutions for diverse financial needs.

Community Involvement
We give back to the community and coordinate with local organizations to benefit those in need. Our community outreach efforts include:
Austin Street Center
We donate and serve lunch quarterly at the Austin Street Center, which provides shelter, meals and helps meet other needs of 400 homeless men and woman each day.
Hope Supply and Co
Our Dallas team members and their families collected donated items, prepared hygiene kits (Hope in a Box) and made blankets for this organization that works to meet the critical needs of the most vulnerable in our community, as well as homeless and at-risk children.
Equal Access to Justice
Our Dallas team supports the joint effort of the Dallas Bar Association and Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas to raise funds and provide counsel for pro bono civil legal aid in Dallas County.
