Please join our complimentary webinar on November 2, 2022, preceding The ESOP Association’s “EO22: Adapt, Innovate, Lead” conference being held November 9-11, 2022 in Las Vegas. The webinar will feature a one-hour informative session followed by a Q&A session.
This program will address key elements of the current ESOP environment, from both transactional and litigation perspectives. Members of our nationally recognized ESOP team will lead a panel discussion on issues affecting the ESOP community, including:
- Current trends and issues in ESOP purchase, sale, and sustainability transactions
- ESOP loan terms
- Developments in ESOP litigation
