Faegre Drinker Welcomes 2024 New Associate Class
Faegre Drinker is proud to announce the firm’s 2024 new associate class, a group of over 60 associates in multiple locations across several of the firm’s practice groups. The class includes both judicial clerks and first-year associates.
The associate class participated in an immersive development program as they started their careers with Faegre Drinker. Their first four weeks at the firm were split into two weeks of practical skills training and two weeks of practice-focused substantive training. Associates participated in interactive programs and learned from panel discussions on various topics. Mentoring is a critical component of Faegre Drinker’s development efforts. A partner advisor and associate mentor in the firm are assigned to each new associate to provide support, candid advice and guidance at each stage of the associate’s career.
