Will supports real estate industry stakeholders and users with legal guidance on property issues and goals, handling acquisitions, dispositions, financings and leasing transactions, while offering practical counsel and strategic solutions.

Prior Experience

Will first joined Faegre Drinker as a summer associate in 2023. As a summer associate, he worked extensively on insurance, trusts and estate issues, as well as Pennsylvania Orphan’s Court practice. His legal experience includes work as an intern for District Judge Robert B. Kugler, where he wrote opinions and motions drafts. He was also a summer law clerk for ExxonMobil and a competing law firm in their land use and zoning group, where he provided advice on changing policy to follow case law trends and drafted an advisory letter on New Jersey’s Environmental Justice Law.

Personal Interests

Will enjoys powerlifting, painting, spending time with his cats, and continuing his studies in anthropology and classics.
