David Silverman supports clients in the creation and protection of their intellectual property portfolios.

Prior Experience

As a summer associate with Faegre Drinker, David collaborated with his future colleagues on a range of matters involving patent litigation, trademark litigation and copyright assignment. He also served as an intern for Judge Timothy J. Kelly of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, a law clerk in the U.S. Department of Commerce National Telecommunications and Information Administration, and a Dean’s Fellow at the George Washington University Law School. 

Personal Interests

David enjoys teaching the guitar, experimenting with new dinner recipes, and scriptwriting.
