Overview

Jeremy Posluszny counsels clients in labor and employment matters, in a variety of industries including the food and agribusiness sector.

Prior Experience

Jeremy was a judicial law clerk to Judge Greta Gooden Brown of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, where he conducted legal research and prepared weekly memoranda for appellate panels on various subjects of law. He also drafted opinions and orders, as well as edited and evaluated judicial opinions, including published precedential decisions.

During law school, Jeremy served as director of legislation and media to the Hon. Alex Sauickie of the New Jersey General Assembly, where he researched and advised on policies in agriculture, economic development, education, land use, and state and local government. In addition, he prepared bill text, led staff reviews of legislation and coordinated stakeholder testimony for committee hearings. Jeremy also served as a legislative aide to the Hon. Ronald S. Dancer, connecting constituents to various state agencies, including hundreds of applications for unemployment claims during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Personal Interests

In his free time, Jeremy enjoys hiking, finding new coffee shops and restaurants, spending time with family, and giving back to his community through various organizations.
