Overview

Eleanor Klemsz provides counsel on product regulatory compliance and is focused on defending companies in complex product liability and mass tort litigation.

Prior Experience

Eleanor was formerly an extern with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, where she conducted legal research and drafted orders on the Fair Labor Standards Act and Social Security appeals. As a summer associate with Faegre Drinker, Eleanor conducted legal research, prepared memos and reviewed discovery items in matters related to employment discrimination, product liability and breach of contract. Eleanor prepared immigration forms, drafted memos and composed client statements to be filed with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services in her role as an extern with the Immigrant & Language Rights Center. As a law clerk with a competing firm, she conducted research and drafted documents for litigation, including motions, petitions, replies, answers to interrogatories and medical review board panel submissions.

Personal Interests

Eleanor enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants and spending time with her family.
