Overview

Caleb Hain counsels public and privately held companies on a variety of corporate matters, including transactions, governance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior Experience

Caleb first joined Faegre Drinker as a summer associate. He drafted transactional documents (a licensing agreement, officer’s certificate and an authorizing resolution), researched and drafted legal memoranda, and created a 50-state survey regarding tort damage caps. Caleb was also a legal extern with the Atlanta Legal Aid Society, where he conducted interviews with clients, drafted motions, and provided legal advice to clients facing evictions, employment discrimination and probate issues.

Personal Interests

In his free time, Caleb loves to cook, take care of his two dogs and explore new hiking trails.
