Alex MacPhee assists public and privately held companies in connection with corporate matters.

Prior Experience

Before joining Faegre Drinker, Alex gained diverse legal experience through multiple roles. As a student attorney at the Rutgers Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic, he provided transactional legal services such as entity conversions and contract drafting to nonprofits and emerging businesses. As an intern with the Attorney General's Division of Law and Public Safety, he handled research and writing on complex legal issues, including consumer fraud and multistate antitrust cases. At the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Alex held a judicial internship with the Honorable Judge Vincent F. Papalia. He drafted legal memos, observed hearings, and collaborated closely with the judge and court staff on complex adversary proceedings.

Personal Interests

Outside of the office, Alex is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing and watching hockey, baseball and football. During law school, he was also a youth ice hockey coach in New Jersey.
