Overview
Ariana Najafi counsels public and privately held companies on a variety of corporate matters, including transactions, governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior Experience
Ariana first joined Faegre Drinker as a summer associate, where she conducted legal research, supported M&A transactions, and drafted documents on real estate investment trust (REIT) and regulated investment company (RIC) taxation issues. As a legal intern with Workday, Inc., Ariana assisted with building out a unified approach to navigating data privacy laws, as well as drafting commercial contracts. While in law school, she worked as a research assistant to her tax professor, served on the law school’s faculty hiring committee, and was involved with mentoring first-year students.
Personal Interests
When not practicing law, Ariana can be found baking desserts, reading historical fiction, playing tennis or travelling to hit the slopes.
