Overview

Kasia S. Crain counsels clients on regulatory compliance and legal issues relating to health and welfare, retirement, and ERISA matters.

Prior Experience

During law school, Kasia served as a research assistant focusing on the impacts of the Eighth Amendment and the criminalization of homelessness and also helped to prepare and edit articles about the Fourth Amendment. She is passionate about engaging and mentoring others and held leadership positions in both the Women of Color Collective (2022-23) and the American Constitutional Society (2022-23).

From 2023-24, Kasia served as a Diversity Fellow with the firm, creating a website to aid aspiring law students in understanding the necessary steps to become an attorney.

Kasia was a summer associate with Faegre Drinker in 2022, and during that time she conducted legal research and prepared memoranda on various issues, including claims to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, ERISA matters, and changes to health and welfare plans. As a summer associate, she also participated in client calls and observed depositions and administrative hearings.

Personal Interests

Kasia likes to spend time with her family and friends, try new recipes, and travel.
