Diego Carlson counsels businesses through restructurings and strategic transactions.
Prior Experience
During law school, Diego worked in Stanford Law School’s Organizations and Transactions Clinic, where he developed theater license and other agreements, prepared domestic and international grantmaking documents, and conducted corporate governance reviews. Diego also served as a senior editor of the Stanford Journal of Civil Rights & Civil Liberties and was co-president of the Stanford Entertainment and Sports Law Association.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Diego plays soccer and basketball and enjoys learning new music on his keyboard.
