Overview

Naomi Duru advises clients in a variety of industries throughout the various phases of litigation and dispute resolution. She offers guidance through legal research, written and oral advocacy, document preparation, discovery and trial preparation.

Prior Experience

Before joining Faegre Drinker, Naomi was an associate at a multinational law firm in Chicago, where she worked on dozens of corporate transactions, representing private equity clients. She also drafted due diligence memoranda, partnership and equity agreements, client board resolutions, and disclosure schedules, and reviewed documents for contractual and regulatory requirements. Prior to the law, Naomi was an account manager at Procter and Gamble.

Personal Interests

In her free time, Naomi enjoys cooking, doing puzzles and going to concerts.
