Overview

Nick Gronczewski assists public and privately held companies in connection with finance, securities and corporate matters.

Prior Experience

Before joining Faegre Drinker, Nick worked at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) as a legal intern in the Office of the General Counsel. He conducted in-depth research and provided recommendations to assigning attorneys on various issues involving both internal and external stakeholders. Nick attended contract reviews with external vendors, contributing to discussions that impacted the hospital’s operational agreements. Additionally, he researched regulatory changes to help ensure the hospital’s compliance and mitigate potential litigation risks. Through this role, Nick gained valuable insight into the functions of a general counsel's office, learning how they serve as trusted advisors.

In addition to his internship, Nick worked with the CHOP Foundation in both their individual giving department as a development associate and in the events and fundraising space as an intern. In these roles, he performed donor research and analyzed data in order to develop streamlined reporting and create detailed dashboards for stakeholders. He also supported eight of CHOP’s volunteer boards.

Nick served as a summer associate with the firm in 2022 and 2023.

Personal Interests

Outside of the office, Nick enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants. He makes an effort to visit new cities and countries each year and always scouts out the local food scenes.
