Faegre & Benson Represents XceedID in Acquisition by Ingersoll Rand

Faegre & Benson LLP recently represented XceedID Corporation, a Golden, Colorado-based company, in its acquisition by Ingersoll Rand.

XceedID pioneered development of multi-technology card readers, which combine traditional proximity and advanced contactless smart technology in one reader. Ingersoll Rand (NYSE: IR) is a global industrial company providing products, services and solutions across a variety of markets, including the security industry.

John R. Marcil, a corporate partner in the firm's Boulder office, served as lead attorney on the deal with support from Matt Stamski.
