Michael Viner Adds Depth to FaegreBD's Real Estate Capabilities in the Chicago Market
Press Release
Faegre Baker Daniels LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Michael Viner as partner in its real estate practice. Formerly co-chair of the real estate practice at Much Shelist, P.C., Viner brings more than 20 years of transactional real estate experience to FaegreBD.
Skilled in complex commercial acquisitions and dispositions, commercial, office, and industrial leasing, and tax-deferred exchanges, Viner has worked on a wide variety of transactions including deals that exceed $100 million in value. He also has niche experience representing owners and operators of long-term care facilities in acquisitions, dispositions, leases and financing.
"I'm excited to join the Faegre Baker Daniels transactional team," Viner said. "I believe that we can build on FaegreBD's strong tradition of excellent legal service and enhance the firm's real estate practice in the Chicago market."
In addition to his work with developers and other real estate owners and operators, Viner represents institutional lenders in connection with financings, loan modifications and workouts, and advises closely held entities on formation, organizational issues and related matters.
Michael earned his law and undergraduate degrees at the University of Illinois.
