Peter S. Paine III Elected as a Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and a Member of the Executive Committee of Champlain National Bank

At its meeting on March 1, 2013, the Board of Directors of Champlain National Bank elected Peter S. Paine III as a vice chairman of the board and a member of the Executive Committee. In addition to his new responsibilities, Peter will continue to serve on the Audit and Asset-Liability Sub-Committees of the board. Peter is also a director of Correvio International, a specialty pharmaceutical company headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, and he serves as a trustee of the Princeton University Rowing Association.

Peter graduated from Princeton University and earned his law degrees from Oxford University and Vanderbilt Law School. He practiced law at Drinker, Biddle and Reath in our Philadelphia office from 1990 through 1996. For the past 15 years, Peter has been a management consultant with firms including McKinsey & Co. and Rosetta. Currently, Peter is President and Hub Manager of a-connect (U.S.) Inc., a consulting and project execution firm.
