Dick Freije Elected to Lawrence Township School Board

Faegre Baker Daniels partner Dick Freije has been elected to the District 2 seat on the Lawrence Township School Board, in a contested race in which Freije won almost 60 percent of the votes cast.

As a board member Freije intends to bring additional leadership, good judgment and enthusiasm to the school board and support increased opportunities for students' continued academic excellence, additional community partnerships to assist schools and enhanced mentoring and one on one focus available for students.  

Freije currently serves on the Lawrence Township School Foundation Board and the LN Men's Soccer Booster Club Board and has been a volunteer for five years at IPS School 58 as one of the coordinators of their running club. He also served for several years on the Lawrence Township Boys Basketball League Board and coached youth sports in Lawrence Township.
