Jerald M. Goodman Elected a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers
Philadelphia partner Jerald M. Goodman was elected a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL). Lawyers elected to fellowship are limited to those nationally known for their outstanding legal ability, experience, and standards in the real estate law practice.
Jerry’s practice is focused on all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions, dispositions, retail and office leasing, real estate secured finance, construction and development approvals. He has been recognized among Chambers USA's "Leaders in their Field" for Real Estate each year since 2009.
Admission to ACREL is by invitation only after a rigorous screening process. Lawyers are elected to fellowship not only for their outstanding legal ability, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law, but also for their contributions to the real estate and legal professions through their practices, their legal writings, and their public speaking.
Jerry joins fellow Drinker Biddle partners Harry S. Cherken, David A. Ebby, Michael E. Rothpletz, and Sara Hansen Wilson, who are also ACREL members.
