Bob Stoll Quoted in May 2015 The Recorder

Washington, D.C. partner Bob Stoll was quoted in The Recorder in an article titled, “PTAB Chief Judge to Step Down.” The article discussed the chief administrative patent judge of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), James Smith, and his recent announcement that he will leave the board this year.

Bob commented on the “bang up job” Smith has done since arriving in 2011. “He was the person responsible for implementing all those new PTAB procedures,” Bob said.
