Chicago partner Ken Dort was quoted in an iHealthBeat article titled, “Experts Note Importance of Fast Response to Cybersecurity Incidents.” The article discussed the reported data breach at CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield that could have affected as many as 1.1 million individuals.

Ken said that the company should have sought external help when they first learned of the attack in 2014.
